Before or after your purchase, you will have a detailed and simple questionnaire to fill out.

In the questionnaire you will be able to choose a date before the start of your program for a quick exchange via WhatsApp in order to finalize the last details.

You will receive a link to download the app on which you will have your workouts and your nutritional plan within 24 to 72 hours after our interview.
